Dear Friend,
Last time we talked about learning how to employ affirmation into your current lifestyle that suit your spirit. Now you can add something that will really jump-start your affirmations - visualizing.
Visualization is simply seeing your affirmation come to pass - in your mind. When you are meditating and saying your affirmation see yourself with this affirmation achieved and for a few moments feel what it would feel like.
DO NOT: Visualize HOW you will achieve the affirmation. Simply see it as being done.
You can think power enhancing thoughts or power draining thoughts. “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” –Proverbs 23:7
Here is an example:
You are affirming to live in a beautiful home that is just right for you and your family.
Affirmation:
I have the perfect living space. -Louise Hay
When you are saying your affirmation - Visualize yourself and family in this perfect living space living day to day. Experience the feeling of walking around and decorating this home knowing you manifested it through your affirmations and efforts.
After a few minutes of this exercise let the visions in your mind go and move on to another affirmation.
Visualizing for a few minutes will work wonders for you...Getting caught up in hyper-extended visualizing (when you spend many minutes or hours) about the same thing over and over will paralyze you from making decisions and taking action. As well, letting yourself ponder as to HOW the affirmation will come to pass will also get you in trouble and paralyze you.
Stay away from spending extended period of time visualizing or ponder HOW.
Simply say your affirmation during your meditating, 'see it' completed in your mind's eye and move on. Always remember when we believe or think we can do something, and then somehow, someway-even if we face challenges-we still manage to get it done. The same is true when we think negatively and come to believe we cannot do something. So watch what you think and believe my friend.
The message I want you to take from this letter is “Do not think about the How just ponder what you want to happen. A positive attitude enables you to make the best of every situation, and that gives you power over your circumstances instead of allowing your circumstances to have power over you. Try to form a habit of looking at the whole of life instead of centering on one thing that may be upsetting you. Thinking excessively about the problems we encounter in life only makes them appear to be larger than they really are. When you are experiencing any issue that is upsetting to you take time to purposely recall the good things that you enjoy also. So visualize and think about affirmations that make your heart sing with joy.
Until Next time my friend!!!
Love and Blessing

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing LeToya
