Hello Friend,
This year has been some what exciting and challenging. I have met so many new wonderful people I could serve, well at least try to bring them awareness to improve their life. While reading this site I hope you found at least one tool that brought to your awareness how you could improve an area of your life. The next three months October, November and December will conclude our lessons of self awareness. I hope you have found the letters to be of some use to your spiritual quest. If you still feel frustrated or lost about life feel free to contact me at would love to help you even if you just need a friend to talk too. I know how tough life can get trust me I had my fair share of challenges and lesson to work through. So I can relate. Anyway this month I will give you tool to get started on creating the life plan you deserve.
You alone can decide when the turning point will come. It is a matter of choice whether we allow our higher self to control us or whether we will be controlled by the fear within us.
No man or woman has to do anything he or she does not want to do. You are the director of your life. What we are to do, is the result of our training. Since January I have been giving you tools to bring awareness to your conscious to improve different areas of your life. Only you know what area needs the most improvement.
Habit is a matter of acquirement you can either change or stay the same. The choice is yours. Everyday we are faced with challenges to improve our lives. The fact is, opportunity never seeks us; we must seek it.
I was once told,
What usually turns out to be one man’s opportunity was another man’s loss. But the key to life my friend is to become aware and alert. Because one man thinks “I will do it,” but while he procrastinates the other goes ahead and does the work.
In really both have the same opportunity!
Therefore one will complain of his lost chance. While the other creates the life he or she says they want.
The truth is many people read books and read websites and blogs just as this one, but says they do not get much good out of them. They do not realize that all any book or any lesson course as the one you are reading now a do is to awaken you to your possibilities; to stimulate you to use your will power.
You may teach a person from now until the end of the world, but that person will only know what he or she learns themselves. “You can lead him or her to the fountain, but you can’t make him or her drink.”
The choice is theirs if they want to improve their lives. It will be up to you to drink from the fountain in this case, to take what you learn from this site and apply it to your life. I can’t take action for you my friend. All I am here to do is be the messenger of encouragement and inspiration.
My goal will be complete come this December 2012, to encourage you to seeing your good qualities and to make you aware so you can help your self by looking for them. Because the reality in life is that we get back what we give out. The time comes when most all of us need encourage; need buoying up.
Life furnishes us the opportunity to improve. But whether we do it or not depends upon how near we live up to what is expected of us. I went through the storms of life and improve my weakness. I begin to encourage and uplift others. Therefore the universe gave back to me what I put out-encouraging and uplifting thoughts from others.
Every time that we fall behind what we planned to do, we lose just so much for that time is gone forever. I am a true believer that every person that is willing to pay the price can be a success. The price is not in money, but in effort.
So, start today creating the life plan that will get you to that place that you desire.
Week 1
On Sunday’s
Habit 1
Lay out clothes. Make sure everything is ironed and ready to go for the next morning so you aren’t rushing around or trying to select something to wear while half asleep.
Week 2
In the Morning
Habit 2
Wake up 30 minutes earlier before anyone else in the household. Give yourself time to shake the sleep from your head as well as provide a little extra time to do the things that are important. Read the news, email friends, spend time with God, create a to do list for the day, read or listen to inspirational material or take care of other personal business without feeling rushed or guilty.
Week 3
Habit 3
Eat breakfast. Not only will morning fuel from breakfast get your body going, you will eat less at lunch too. In addition you feel less irritated and have more energy to get you through your challenging morning.
Week 4
In the Afternoon
Habit 4
Straighten up. Clean up the clutter that gets left behind each day to avoid having a bigger mess to clean later down the road.
Week 5
Habit 5
Wash dishes. Take care of this task in the evening so you will have a kitchen clean ready for breakfast the next morning.
Week 6
Habit 6
Pack lunches. Prepare lunches for yourself and anyone else in the family the night before using a lunch-packing system like the Japanese bento box or Laptop Lunches.
Week 7
Habit 7
Relax. Take some time to do something you enjoy such as read a magazine, watch a little TV, or talk with a friend on the phone.
Week 8
Habit 8
Go to bed at the same time. A consistent bedtime schedule will ensure you get necessary sleep and you will wake up feeling rested, refreshed, and ready for your day.
Habit 9
Be ready to go. Put bags, keys, backpacks, and whatever else you need to take with you in the morning in the same place each evening so you will not spend wasted time and stress looking for them in the morning.
Week 10
Habit 10
Renew your mind. Improve your self awareness every day by listening to or reading something uplifting for one hour everyday. This can be done on your way to and from work or during your time in the morning when you get up earlier. Keep a journal of your thoughts and also start a gratitude journal where every morning and night before you go to bed you list 10 things you are grateful for and the best thing that happen to you that day. This one habit will enhance your lifestyle and increase the quality of your life.

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall
pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.

The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
