Dear Friend,
Sometimes throughout our spiritual journey we experience setbacks. This month we will focus on how to get pass and win in the midst of trouble times. One thing we must all learn is how to set our mind to a faithful state to survive in hard times. As a result, we end up winning when bad situation happens to us and when do not break under pressure.
However if we do not stay in a “Faith” state of mind rather a fear/doubt state of mind, we end up in bad situations because of the pressure we are under. The bible tells us to set our mind and keep it set. This is a test we all have to learn but can be very difficult to achieve. I remember the times when I did not know what to do when I was going through my “Quarterlife Crisis” how I was going to make it through my financial problems or was I ever going to feel better, happy, or just have some type of relief from life’s pain.
I had to learn the hard way about having faith but I pray that this message reach someone because a life without faith means you are willing to carry al of the burdens and pain without any help. That is a hard struggle to balance on your own.
My friend life can be very demanding and hard I pray that you do not wish to carry that entire burden by yourself. When I realize there was a way out the stress, worry and doubt subsided. I must be honest it did not happen over night it was about 2 years before I really learned how to let go and let God. But we all learn different and our timing of breakthroughs all varies depending on the individual and when they are ready to let go.
But that way out is going to require two major changes- a change in the way you think and the way you view life.
I hope this help give you the courage to let go.

Your Friend,

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing LeToya
