Dear Friend,
I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. -Philippians 4:13
As people, we have an instinctive desire for the need to control things. I used to be in the same boat. Many of my clients tell me the same story, “I always feel like I need to be "doing something" to control the situation and it's driving me insane. I know I want to stop this behavior, I just can't seem to figure out how.”
Well, it very simple, Stop fearing the unknown. And learn to have Faith and trust God to do what He promises us he would do. Take care of our needs.
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. –Matthew 7:7
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.-Psalm 23 (KJV)
We must remember that our plans are irrelevant amongst the myriad events occurring in the world and God’s plans. Your plan may have failed to proceed as intended because it conflicted with the plan of another individual, or many individuals. When you analyze your desires from a spiritual perspective, it becomes easier to accept that things may not go as intended.
In reality your plan and God plans are totally different. You have only what you think is true, while God see the entire plan for our lives. One of the easiest ways to acclimate yourself to the tumultuous changes of life and come to terms with our insignificance amidst the monstrosity that is the universe is to accept that we cannot control certain parts of our destinies. Thus we do not have the ability to see or understand God’s plans. We can only do what we are drawn to do and let go so God can do his part.
We can try our hardest to induce certain changes to work in our favor, but ultimately, we are simply one actor amidst the billions of others all seeking to achieve their own goals. In we all will face tons of changes within our lives due to God working to put everything in the right place at the right time for all of our favor.
Therefore we win some and we lose some. We can try our hardest to induce certain changes to work in our favor, the best way to cease to worry remain open to changes. This is not to say that you should not have a plan, but if you remain open for God to work and open minded for the other alternatives he put in the path of to your plan you are less likely to stress and you might even discover a superior plan. Because God always knows what is the route to take. So cheer up and have faith. This to shall pass! There is always light at the end of the tunnel.
I hope this help give you the courage to let go.
Love and Blessing

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
