Dear Friend,
Think of people who may have a harder life than you. I was once told by a good friend that there is someone who is struggling worse than you are.
Do you have food and water? We all know that 3rd world countries do not have water but I experience a lack of water this summer when I took a trip with my husband. My husband is an over the road truck driver and I experience the importance of water, bathrooms and food when you are in the middle of nowhere for days in you only have pop tarts and dry items you can eat and need to take a shower. Once I returned home I looked at water, food and shelters as a gift.
Do you have a place to stay?
Do you watch T.V. when you choose?
Do you have good health?
Do you have eyes to see?
Do you have feet to walk?
Do you have ears to hear?
Think about your legs and feet; they are your main form of transportation in your life. Your legs and feet allow you to walk around your home, your job, to exercise, dance, and drive your car.
Think about your eyes; your eyes give you the ability to see your loved ones and friends, read books, search the Internet, watch television, and see you way through life.
Think about you ears; your ears give you the ability to hear music, hear your own voice and other people’s voices, to listen to the radio and hear all the sounds around you.
When I was told these things from a friend I became aware of how mush I complained about my life situation which was not all that bad. I was just upset because a “want” wasn’t getting meant. I learned that in reality I was blessed and in God’s timing the things I wanted would be manifested once I learned how to be grateful for the things I had that was not promised but given.
I learned that my eyes, ears, legs, home, health and television could be taken at any moment because these things are not guarantee. Rather a blessing and gift from God so we can have an easier life. My problems didn’t seem too big anymore because I had everything I needed to manifest anything I wanted-no limitations or bad health. I create whatever I wanted because God has blessed me with the tools I truly needed- Free Will and a healthy body with no limitations.
I hope this helps until next time
Your Friend

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing LeToya
