Dear Friend,
Faith is belief with strong conviction; firm belief in something for which there may be no tangible proof; complete trust in or devotion to. Faith is the opposite of doubt.
For example, Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
As women during our pregnancy term we have faith that everything is going to be alright with our unborn child. We have no physical proof that our child is okay. However, we have a strong belief if we eat right, exercise, go to all doctors’ appointments and take care of ourselves that our unborn child will be okay.
That’s a strong faith.
Faith gives us hope, meaning we can have confidence in God for our future that is in His hands, and how we can also have confidence because He will lead us out of our past.
To apply faith to our lives means we must stop all doubts and have confidence or trust that everything will work out fine. The easiest way to do this is to acknowledge that everything happens for a reason and for our highest good, even if you can’t see the end result clearly, just know that this to shall pass.
How one can overcome the fears, worries, hurts, and doubts of life and have more faith!
To rid fear and worry…committed to the importance and practice of prayer!
To rid doubt… start to speak positive things rather than complain or gossip about your life struggles. For example, If someone ask, “how is your business coming along or have you started it.” Do not say no, “I don’t have the money I’ll never get it started.” Instead say, “I’m so excited about my new project I’m in the process of getting sponsors and partners, and then ask if they would like to become one or do they know anyone who might like to donate to the cause.”
Doesn’t that sound better then complaining or putting your dream down by talking negative?
When you are hurt or in pain talk to God about it first then let him direct you to what to do or whom to talk too. Sometimes we talk about our circumstances to the wrong people just to vet, in the problem is still not getting solved but making you become more and more uneasy or depressed.
It may seem that there’s nothing you can do about our day to day struggles. The bills won’t stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day and your career and family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of “Faith.” Faith is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal with problems.
It’s all up to you how you response to daily stress and life tests. You can either trust or have faith that God is working in your life. Or, you can have an attitude of negativity and doubt and experience things that you dislike.
Because the truth is God can’t work if your heart is close. Your heart must be open if you want God to work in your life. Therefore you must be positive, grateful, and confident that he is there and listening to your prayers. He can’t work if you don’t ask!
Faith involves our will being surrendered to God's will, involving all of our being-heart, mind, and soul; all sealed by the Holy Spirit (Rom. 10:14).
1. Speak to your Problems rather than speaking about them negative.
2. Ask God to meet your needs rather than complaining to others about your needs.
3. Be grateful. Believe you will receive Gods favor.
I hope this helps until next time

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing LeToya
