Dear Friend,
A lot of us daydream about how things could be different or better in our lives because we hate our current circumstances. Although day dreaming can be valuable, true sanity comes from contentment with where we are.
There is a big difference between the real pleasures of the here and now and the illusory pleasure of fantasy. I once was told that many dreams about how we want the future to be are simply ways to avoid reality. I can agree with this statement.
Living for the future and staying extra busy with unnecessary activities keeps us from fully evolving and tapping into our present day experience of life.
Below are 7 tips to help you move forward and stay focus on getting out of your head and into the present moment. To help you create a simple foundation for career success.
-Organize al the plans and dreams that float around in your mind. Once they are down on paper and you’ve committed time to thinking and acting upon them it will be easier to let them go and focus on the here and now.
- Change Your Thinking...You Change Your Results! Raising your awareness, habituating the practice of goal setting and planning and learning to focus on the present. Many people fall short in life because they do not think for themselves. Their decisions are based upon what everyone else is doing, they do not think for themselves. They conform, they follow the masses.
- Rid limiting beliefs, poor self esteem, lack of confidence, feelings of doubt or other negative emotions that are keeping you from moving forward. Individuals who remain in this state of mind never really quite get the results they desire or reach their goals efficiently or timely. Most of all they care too much what other people think of them and about other people opinions.
-Expect favor from Higher Power! Learn to reprogram your mind to replace that old, non-serving belief system that life is hard. Believe life is GREAT, Expect GREAT things!
-Pratice the law of attraction!
DESIRE: The first key part is desire. You must want it. You must want something so badly that you are willing to make changes. You must want it in every cell and fiber of your being.
-DESERVE: The second key to becoming perfectly aligned and congruent is to deserve it, this is self-acceptance. This is also your self esteem, you must believe that you deserve that which you want or consider success in life and that you are deserving of all the abundance of life.
-BELIEVE: The third key part is belief. You must believe, with faith and purpose that you can achieve a successful life in all areas.
- Learn to be grateful! If you feel good about anything at all, then you're going to attract things that you associate with being good. The feelings you need to hold are feelings of love, joy, happiness, optimism, passion, faith and hope. These feelings tell us, that what we are thinking about or experiencing is alignment with what we really want. We are happy and this is the direction we should continue to take.
I hope this helps. Till next time!!!
Love and Blessing

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to
myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing
