Dear Friend,Have you ever sat down, thought about your life, cried, and said, “How did I get here? Maybe I made a wrong turn back there somewhere. I must ensure you this is a normal part of life. You will experience times that make you question your sanity. You will wonder how you got “here” You will question your choices and feel stuck and stagnant in your life. All of these thoughts are blessing. A blessing to change who you are and create a life you desire.
Where ever you are in life, be grateful. Be thankful. Be happy with all the moments of your life. They make you who you are today. Don’t stress yourself. I think you are amazing! We all are. We just tend to be less focus during or life when circumstances get tough. You, see, if you don’t deserve more, you wouldn’t have those days of wondering. What did I do with my life?
But I must ask!
What is your deepest wish?
What is your deepest desire?
What is your highest good?
Where do you stand in life?
What do you want your life to look like?
Humans are made up of three layers: a physical layer with forms and objects, a sensing layer with feelings and thoughts, and a causal layer with a soul and a desire to create. This means that behind each form lines a deep longing. Your job is to discover what will fill the void of each longing.
For example, the physical layer: will you feel better if you live and a different, state or house. Or, is the real void a feeling of contentment, self love and connection. Sensoring layer: would you fill better if your thoughts where more in line with your goals. Or, is the real void a sense of acceptance and support from family. Causal layer would your soul feel at ease if you were getting what you want. Or, is the real void having confidence in your self to move forward with an action plan.
The truth is humans do not think in terms of objects but in terms of desires, and these desires reside in your heart, not your head. If you want you can write your deepest desire on a piece of paper then under your desire. Think of three ways you could possible make that desire manifest.
For example, my deepest desire is to help people heal their lives. I could make the desire manifest by
1. Helping people love and approve of them selves.
2. Help bring clarity and awareness to the voids in their lives.
3. I can also give inspiration, encouragement and simple action-prove solution to help them heal and create their lives to the fullest.
Things I can do:
1. Write books to bring awareness
2. Create a blog to spread the message.
3. Counsel people to give an action plan.
See a higher power call each of us to do great things but we must first seek our deepest desire to have direction. An easy way to find your purpose in life is to:
1. Name three things you do well.
2. Name three things you enjoy doing.
3. Take one thing from your list of things you do well and brainstorm as many ways as possible for you to use that skill or talent to help someone else.

Things to think about...
Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention?
If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”

The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it will help get you out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
