Dear Friend,
I was wondering. What are you lacking for the most?
What is missing in your life? What has ever been missing? To align yourself with the needs of your spirit, you must first acknowledge your spirit. What do you need to feel whole? What do you need to feel as though you are doing something beneficial for your self? What do you need to feel love in your heart and soul everyday? What do you need to feel cherished or accepted? Do you lack money, love, recognition, comfort, social connection, or acceptance?
I was also wondering are you doing enough to take responsibility for your life or do you choose to remain victims of it. See we all experience painful experiences and lessons in life.

Which obstacles do you run into?
Do you find your self again and again trying to save money, or create money, try to gain support from others.
Forced to do things on your own.
Force out of relationships which tend to bad or not good for you anyway.
Forced to learn how to forgive others.
These experiences test our inner strength, perseverance, or ability to have faith in ourselves. For example, if you are consistently force to do things on your own without the support of others. Your lesson in life is to learn how to believe in your self and become independent.
If you are consistently having trouble in your financial area your lesson is to learn how to be more efficient with your money. Learn how to budget, save for rainy days and create other means of income so you do not have to struggle as hard.
You should be able to see the recurring themes in your life. If you no longer know which way to go, then use your strength and ask. “Life will send you many teachers; still it’s your choice to seize the opportunity when it presents itself. Some of them will teach you how to live and some will teach you how to not to live life. Others will teach you strength or perseverance and dedication. You know what is right for you. Be true to your self. Be true to your feeling.
You are the only one who knows which way you should go. Even in moments of doubt, it is better to live your own lesson than someone else’s. The secret of life is that we are each other’s teachers.

Things to think about...
Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention?
If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it will help get you out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing
