Now that we have our schedule and routine in place, we can now get to our next phase.
Dear Friend
Our purpose on this plane is to give out love not hate or bad vibes. In truth, there is only love. Yes, there is the appearance of duality light and dark, happy and sad, seen and unseen, known and unknown- but behind and inside of all of these appearances is a perfect, whole, unified field of energy. This field is what we must learn to tap into to create the life we desire.
When we can tap into this field of energy we can consciously direct tit toward healing ourselves, healing others, and infusing our lives with ever-greater levels, healing others, and infusing our lives with ever-greater levels of harmony, balance, and peace.
Therefore my question to you is…
What are you putting up with? If you are tolerating things that are draining your energy, stop!
What are you always thinking about?
What's always at the back of your mind?
Things that often enter your thoughts are often things that you're putting up with.
Make a list of all the things you're tolerating and then work on eliminating them one at a time.
You could eliminate them by:
- actually doing it
- delegating it
- influencing it in some way
- or getting over it!
Many people have a hard time with this.
- actually doing it

- or getting over it (by detaching letting it by forgiven!)

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
