Dear Friend
Once you have your ideal life goals on paper and steps to follow. Next you need to practice self care routine.
Pamper your skin. Once a week apply a face mask and moisturizer.
Tips:
For Oily skin. Naturally oily skin usually requires special cleansing treatments with hot water and special soaps that prevent pores from becoming clogged. Products that are harsh on the skin usually do more harm than good. It is best to stay away from soap that strips you of all natural oils. Instead, it is a better idea to go for a gentle cleanser. Never overwash your face; you shouldn't wash your face more than three times a day. Look into clay or mud mask that will be most convenient for you
For Dry skin.
- Check your Water. Avoid long, hot showers as hot water draws the moisture out of your skin.
- Check your clothing. Wear soft clothing with natural, breathable fibers and avoid itchy wool and synthetics that irritate and dry out the skin.
- Drink plenty of Water. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Dehydration can make your skin appear dull and dry.
For combination skin.
Check your products. Avoid the subsequent flakiness by using products that are hypoallergenic
Use oil free lotions. Although moisturizers containing oil will help a little with the dry parts of your face, adding oil to the equation will only make the T-zone look extra greasy. Oil-free lotions almost always list water as the first and main ingredient, and they also usually include ingredients that act like oil but don't clog your pores.
Proper way to wash combination skin face. Wash your face first. Then when you pat dry with a towel, leave a very small bit of water on your face and immediately apply your moisturizer.
Try new makeup. Makeup is not a must, but you may want to use it. Eyeliner is a great investment if you want to fill your eyes out and make them look for defined or bigger. If you don't want to wear make up, get an eyelash curler if you can. Curling your eyelashes is a great alternative to mascara, curling opens your eyes up and makes them appear brighter - but be careful or you can damage your lashes! A little bit of lip gloss over a color or on its own will fill out your lips.
I sale Avon and many Avon Reps will give you a makeover for “FREE” to gain new prospect just a thought to get it done on a budget or for FREE.

Here are few to help you get started…
Tips:
For oily hair. Shampoo daily with a mild or clarifying shampoo designed for oily hair. These products will likely contain more detergent and less conditioner than other shampoos. Scrub your scalp, since that’s where the oil starts, and rinse well, as oil can collect on soap buildup. Go easy on conditioner — cut back to just once or twice a week, and focus on the ends of your hair, not your scalp.
For dry hair. Natural oils are necessary to keep hair looking healthy, shiny and bouncy. By conditioning the hair daily, with a leave in conditioner will help the hair stay moist. To prevent dryness and breakage, once a month, opt for a deep conditioning treatment or a hot oil treatment.
Nail care tips:
1. Apply hand cream frequently to ensure your hands remain moisturized. In particular, pay special attention to the cuticle area to prevent cracking and peeling.
2. Eat foods that will strengthen your nails. In particular, increase your intake of the B vitamin Biotin. Biotin can be found in foods such as fish, eggs and broccoli, or can be taken in the form of supplements.
3. Wear gloves to protect your nails when doing housework or other chores that could damage them.
Dress for your body type.
Even cheap clothes can be great clothes. If you have a bigger budget, get some new clothes from more popular branded stores, if not, try TJ Max, Ross, Marshall even JCPenny has sales that may fit your budget. Make sure you've got a couple of well-fitted, pair of jeans. Tank tops that are regualr style and with lace and fitted tees can make a huge difference.
Accessorize. Jewelry is really important. You don't need to wear too much, but make sure you've got a couple of great pieces. Keep it simple. Wear a necklace often. Check out Avon, Mark Brand or Claire's for necklaces.
Fancy Feet. Shoes are important, too. Get a cute pair of flats, a pair of heels, a pair of flip flops, and a pair of running shoes. High boots with fur are cool in the winter. I buy all my shoes from Avon- Mark brand has cool heels and boots. I like to get my tennis shoes from Foot locker. Flip flops and depending on how the heels look and feel I buy from Target. Just Fab and Miami club wear has cute heels also but be careful on the make some fit uncomfortable.
The bottom-line is knowing how to love yourself is extremely important. Self love is at the very core of wellbeing, joy, self-empowerment, and your ability to create and enjoy the kind of life you want. You cannot enjoy happiness if you are not at peace with yourself. Your relationship with yourself is the most important one you’ll ever have.
Create the life you love from the inside first then work on the out side.
I hope this helps,
Till next time my friend

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Your ultimate goals and objectives you have set out for your life resolves around your fears, anxiety or low self-confidence. Do you have a sense for which one of these may be causing the hiccups you mention? If so you have the first step to getting out of your rut.
Many of my clients respond to their problem with this statement, “Every time I say to myself I need to make a change, it always backfires and I end up going one step forward, 500 steps back.”
Do you feel this way, if so you are not alone!
The truth is when you get the feelings that your goals are impossible to reach, do you believe it has to do with the goals you have selected or with uncertainties/fears/negative challenges that impact your belief that you will get there?
When this happens you need to try harder to put yourself in situations that will create opportunity of change. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
I look forward from hearing from you!!!
Love and Blessing
