Dear Friend
Once you have gotten rid of all of the negative out of your life you must begin to learn how to make the best choice for your new life you wish to create. For many people this idea sound far fetch, but it can be done. I did it! You can create the life that you want to have. It's just a matter of consistently making choices that will take you closer to your ideal life.
You create yourself, moment by moment, day by day, experience by experience, and become the person you want to become by each choice you say yes or no to. If you decide to move from your small town to a big city this is creating a new life. If you decide to write a song and sing on open mic night you are creating your life. You never know who is in the audience seeking new talent.
It's never too late to Reclaim Your Life.
All is required is the perfect choice that fits your ideal life.
Now make 3 choices that align with the life you want to create at this present moment.

Example,
1. Instead of feeling I have no time to create new friendship in my life, I will start eating out one day a week in a public setting.
2. I'm going to start spending a minimum amount of time every weekend attending classes, seminars or workshops to meet like minded people.
3. I will also attend a support group or book club to create a new social life.
The final step is where you're going to put your words into action. Pick one of the 3 steps you've written, and commit to taking it. Today. Right now.

Things to think about, Life will always have challenges just remember this too shall pass. Not only will doing something for change and the enjoyment of it help get out of your mental rut; it will give you a new opportunity to form relationships and friends… breaking down your fear boosting self confidence are all supported by the willingness to change.
